Tikka T3 trigger adjustment can be a bit tricky.
- The first step is to remove the action screws (located on the right side of the rifle just in front of the receiver).
- Once the screws are removed, take off the stock by depressing the small button on the left side and pulling it up.
- You should now see two allen screws that hold the trigger assembly in place. Loosen these screws (do not remove them) and then pull back on the assembly to expose the adjustment screw ( located at the rear of the assembly).
- You will need to turn this screw clockwise to make it harder to pull or counter-clockwise to make it easier. We recommend making very small adjustments and testing your shot each time until you find the perfect setting for you. Keep in mind that this is a delicate process, so go slowly and be careful not to over-adjust.
- Once you have the trigger pull set where you want it, tighten the allen screws back down and reattach the stock.
Your Tikka T3 should now have a perfectly adjusted trigger!
