Glock Drum Mag

Top 11 Glock Drum Mag 9mm

Glock is the pistol-caliber carbine (PCC) with lower recoil and more affordable ammo, so shooters take advantage of it to improve their range experience and personal-defense practicing.

Why do we need a Glock Drum Mag 9mm?

Some Glock-Style Drum Magazines are designed for use in all Glock magazine-compatible ARs on the market that are some of nowadays well-known PCCs. 50-round mags due to their high capacity allow owners of 9mm PCCs to spend time with pleasure on shooting, not on constant reloading.

Cartridge: 9 mm Luger
Capacity: 50-Round

The Single-Stack magazines for Glock G43 ensure the much-stopping power of the 9mm cartridge and easy-to-carry shootable CCW gun. The small 6-round magazine that comes with the pistol doesn’t allow long shooting because of the constant reloading. Pro Mag offers 3 options of capacity: 6, 10, and 50 rounds. The mags are crafted from a proprietary Zytel polymer, making the construction rigid and durable. The Glock 43 Mags are equipped with a heat-treated stainless-steel magazine spring, and an injection-molded follower.

FAQ

Is a 50 round drum legal?
The large-capacity ammo mags and assault firearms that were previously banned under federal law are now legal unless banned by state or local law.
Can you leave a drum mag Loaded?
If the spring is made of durable steel wire, the drum magazine can be left loaded without spring loose.
Are all Glock Magazines the same?
Mags can fit compatible within the same caliber and allow better versatility. The standard sidearm magazines can be used for backup firearms of the same caliber as well. High-capacity mags fit within the same caliber.
Do drum magazines jam?
Drum mags tend to jam more often making the shooter waste some ammunition.

Conclusion

Glock produces both small self-defense pistols and upped capacity guns such as G43X and G48, where you can use stagger-stack magazines. Compared to box magazines the drum ones are not so reliable. Drum mags are usually used for fun, not for precise shooting, because of weight, less mobility and carrying comfort. Check specific state capacity limits before purchasing drum mags.

Drum 9 mm 50-rounds mags are designed for the gun’s long shooting without frequent reloading. Pro Mag is one of the main manufacturers of the drum magazines for Glocks (Glock 43; Glock 17/19; Glock 48/43X; Glock 22/23; Glock 17,19, 26). There is no one the best among them because more or less they are similar (the same material and high capacity), you just need to choose one, which will fit your Glock type.
